XivLantern is a friend list of your own inside Final Fantasy XIV, with presence, 1:1 chat and channels, peer to peer over iroh: there is no Lantern server, and nothing from the game is ever sent. Made by Johnneylee Jack Rollins (github.com/Spaceghost). These are ideas for what it could do next, each checked against how it works and against its promise to stay a separate chat that never reads the game.
